I've been teaching English to Japanese students for more than three years now and this is, by far, the sweetest message that I've received from one of my loyal students.
I recently received an email from the company informing me that I am already qualified to become a part of the Recommended Tutors list. I was told that out of the thousands of teachers working for the company, there are only 70 of us who made it to the said list. It's such a great blessing since it will entitle me to teach more students and ,of course, more incentives. However, it also means that I have to allot a specific number of hours to teach a different set of students. Because of this, I could only teach my loyal students during daytime. Unfortunately, majority of them are office workers and CEOs of some Japanese companies and they could only take my lessons at night since they have to work during the day. I feel bad that I won't be able to teach them as often as I used to, but at the same time, I feel so blessed to be given this opportunity. I just hope that I would be able to meet the demands of this new position. :)
