CrimPro-blematic!

CRIMPRO! Why do have to be so complicated? :((

It's 22 minutes past 3 in the morning and I'm not yet asleep. It's quite normal for me to stay up this late on account of the fact that there would be times when I would only doze off to sleep when the sun's up already. I would usually spend the whole night surfing the net or watching some movies I downloaded online.

This time, though, I'm neither stalking some random hot chicks in Facebook nor watching some lovey-dovey romantic flick. I'm reading. Reading CRIMPRO FULL TEXT CASES. Yes, full text cases.

I'm not really a big fan of reading full text cases. If I have a choice, I would usually forego reading such materials. Even if our professors would constantly nag us about not relying too much on case digests because of their alleged unreliability, I would still prefer to read them over boring full text cases. Who wouldn't? Full text cases are just so dull and uninteresting. Some have really long sets of facts that I would, most of the time, find myself confused with all of the details. I also have this extremely short attention span. So, I could only afford to read one to two-page cases, and full text cases of such lengths are extremely rare. So, digests are always there to the rescue.

Sadly, now, I don't have any other choice but to read these mind-numbing full text cases. It's CrimPro. We only have one source. Well, actually, there are lots of sources, but our professor only uses this one. So, this is, by far the most reliable source that would help us pass this subject. Unfortunately, it has tons of full text cases: my kryptonite.

I never thought reading would make me feel this nauseous. I started studying about 8 hours ago and so far, I haven't even finished reading half of the entire coverage yet. The exam is a little more than 24 hours away and I'm trying so hard to focus, but after reading a few pages, I would either end up sleeping or get distracted by the internet.

My biggest dilemma right now is that I might not be able to cover everything. I'm really having a hard time comprehending these cases so, I skipped about four full text cases already and I just read the decisions. I know this isn't a good practice, but I'm running against the clock already. I have to read as fast as I can and understand as much as I could.

I refuse to be a Negatron right now so, I will just make myself believe that I could finish studying everything by tonight.

I'm just hoping to get good results after this one last exam.

*Ora et labora!*
